واجبات الوظيفة:
- استلام و مراجعة طلبات التقسيط والقروض عن طريق نظام التقسيطز
- إجراء تحقيق ميداني شامل لضملن مصداقية طلبات القروض والاقساط من خلال مراجعة المعلومات المعلنة مثل عنوان السكن، عضوية النقابة، عضوية النادي، رخصة السيارة، او فواتير خط الموبايل.
- الحصول على المزيد من العلومات عن العملاء عند الاحتياج من المؤسسات التي تعمل في نفس المجال مثل ائتمان البنك المركزي.
- ارسال البيانات والنتائج الى المسئول الاول الاستعلام الائتماني. 
- القيام بالمهام المماثلة. 
المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خريج من مؤهل عالي.
- خبرة من 0-2 سنين في مجال الاستعلام الائتماتي.

Job Description:
• Visits and counts the company’s stocks of inventory in Warehouses or Aman branches on a monthly basis, and compares figures with system quantities (Oracle and RMS).
• Determines problems and recommends corrective action for each of the findings by reporting any differences found to the branch staff and Senior Internal Auditor.
• Analyzes the causes of the lost revenue through investigating all kinds of discrepancies on the RMS system or Oracle.
• Registers findings and results on the reporting system of the Auditing Department, so that the difference can be deducted from the responsible Sales Representatives’ salaries.
• Carries responsibility for controlling inventory transfers between branches (in case of Aman branches).
• Carries responsibility for notifying the HR department -after identifying shortages in branches- to take proper action.
• Carries responsibility for the Accounts Receivables monthly closing report verifying the correspondence of inventory on all systems used.
• Carries responsibility for preparing annual reports after the end-of-year audit on all branches and warehouses to adjust mistakes on the RMS or analyze audit reports in coordination with the AR team.
• Carries responsibility for the monthly auditing report to the AR for their monthly closing.
• Performs other related duties.
Required skills, expertise & knowledge:
• Bachelor Degree of Accounting is preferable
• Professional experience of 0-2 years in the field of Auditing

• Manage the administration and maintenance issues for Aman shops in accordance with maintenance companies, in addition to submitting payment requests to finalize all payments with the Finance department.
• Coordinate daily issues related to Aman shops with the cleaning company. 
• Monthly visits for all Aman shops to identify administration issues related to maintenance (Administration Check-List).
• Ensures the compliance by shops are closed.
• Ensures that air conditioners are working efficiently in all Aman shops.
• Responsible of the landlines telephones installation and payments within Aman shops.
• Manages the removal of unnecessary items from different Aman shops.
• Handle the administration issues related to roll-out requirements for any of Aman shops.
• Dealing with government authorities such as the departments of water, electricity and taxes.
• Handles shops’ utilities payments with the Finance department (Rent, Electricity, Telephone and Water bills). 
• Perform other related duties.
